• Listing or selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Misleading product information or deceptive categorization.
• Unauthorized disclosure of personal contact details in product listings.
• Engaging in any activity that could harm other users or the integrity of the Platform.

1.5. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

• Order Processing: Orders are confirmed prior to processing. H&A acts as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.
• Payments: Payment methods include COD and online payment gateways. All fees, including processing fees and marketplace commissions, are clearly stated during checkout.
• Returns & Refunds: Refer to our Return-Exchange-Refund Policy. In general, defective products are eligible for free returns within a specified timeframe, whereas non-defective items may incur a return fee.
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations will be governed by our exchange/refund guidelines.
