EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
Easy Return/Exchange Policy
- No Exchange or Refund for Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for
exchange or refund.
- Exchange Policy for Regular Items:
- Complaints must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach an unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) in the complaint form.
- Products must be:
- In original condition.
- Unused with the price label attached.
- Accompanied by the invoice.
- Color Variations: Product colors may vary due to screen settings or
photographic lighting.
- All items included in the product are detailed in the website's product description.
- Exchange Terms:
- No extra charge for exchanging the same article (subject to availability).
- Exchange for a different article is possible, but the customer must pay any
additional cost.
- Exchanges are dependent on the availability of the desired article.
- Assessment Process:
- After filing your exchange/return query, the order will be assessed by our team.
- Once approved, you will be offered an exchange based on availability.
Exchange Procedure
- Shipping for Exchange:
- Customers must ship items back to the address provided by our team.
- In case of a faulty/incorrect item, return shipping costs will be reimbursed as an
online credit voucher.
- For non-faulty items, the customer will bear the return shipping cost and any
exchange charges as guided by the team.
- Processing of Exchange: Credit vouchers or exchange items will be provided
only after the returned items are received and assessed by the team.
Refunds
- Refund Policy:
- No Refund Policy is applicable except in exceptional cases:
- Product is out of stock.
- Product is confirmed to be faulty.
- Refunds are issued only to Credit/Debit Card customers in these cases.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be credited to the same instrument (Credit/Debit card) used for
purchase.
- Customers will be refunded the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Processing Time:
- Allow 2 weeks for return processing.
- Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before confirmation/processing. If
the order has not been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and
possibly an SMS.
- Cancellation for Credit Card Orders: If canceled before
shipping/processing, bank transaction charges will apply.
- After Shipping: Once the order is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply.
- Cancellation by H&A STORE: H&A STORE reserves the right to cancel/amend
orders due to:
- Unavailable items.
- Invalid customer address or contact information.
- Declined credit card payments.
