Prohibited and Restricted Product Guidelines by H&A

Prohibited Products

  • Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing any products that violate national laws, customs, or religious beliefs.
  • Products restricted by PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) or DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) regulations are not permitted on the platform.
  • Items that are likely to mislead, deceive, or harm buyers in any manner will not be allowed.

Counterfeit Products

  • The sale of counterfeit products is strictly forbidden on our platform.
  • This includes any items that imitate branded products or use trademarks without proper authorization, whether in whole or part.

Brand Guidelines

  • For branded products, vendors must provide the required documentation for brand registration and verification during the brand creation process.
  • For unbranded or generic items, the "No Brand" option must be selected.

Contact Information

  • Vendors are not permitted to include personal contact details (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses) in product images, descriptions, or SKU images.

Product Categorization

  • All products must be correctly categorized in the relevant section of the platform to ensure proper visibility and customer navigation.
  • Incorrect categorization, or attempts to mislead through false categorization, will not be tolerated.

Misleading Product Information

  • Vendors must provide complete, accurate, and transparent information about their products.
  • Product color, model, and size
  • Variations, features, and all relevant specifications

Discounts and Duplications

  • Offering fake or misleading discounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Duplicate products or listings intended to manipulate the platform's search results or deceive customers will be removed immediately.

Keyword Spam

  • Intentionally overusing keywords or engaging in keyword spamming to boost search visibility is prohibited and will result in penalties.

Customer Feedback

  • Products that consistently receive negative customer feedback or complaints will be subject to investigation.
  • Actions, such as suspension or removal of products, may be taken if the product does not meet platform standards or violates policies.

Product Certification

  • Products that require certifications (e.g., safety, quality, or regulatory compliance) must meet the necessary local standards.
  • Vendors must submit valid authorization documentation for certified products.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Suspension of Products: Temporary or permanent suspension of listed products.
  • Removal of Products: Removal of non-compliant or deceptive products from the platform.
  • Additional Actions: Further actions, including account suspension or termination, may be applied at the discretion of platform management.
